Purpose and Scope: Inventory Control is responsible for maintaining and auditing inventory accuracy, including regular cycle counting, investigation of discrepancies, and reporting findings.  They run and reconcile inventory management reports and are critical to the operations of the organization for maintaining accurate inventory.
Responsibilities:
  • Lead inventory audits. 
  • Must have receiving experience with an ERP.
  • Conducts regular cycle counts, investigating discrepancies and performing root-cause analysis, company-wide.
  • Performs inventory adjustments, movements, and clean-up within ERP to ensure accuracy at all times.
  • Verifies that part, model, and serial numbers on product accurately matches packing slips (if applicable) prior to receiving into inventory.
  • Processes receipt of goods into ERP inventory while performing a 3-way match.
  • Documents and reports any discrepancies to management.
  • Takes corrective action for mis-shipments.
  • Maintains records of inventory counts and provides reports to management on required frequencies.
  • Takes ownership of their areas to ensure working conditions and housekeeping are up to high standards.
  • Systematic and physical picking of sales orders to prepare for production and outbound shipment.
  • Leads physical inventory counts and enters all count data into ERP when required.
  • Will assist with general warehouse housekeeping to ensure a safe work environment for all.
  • Other duties as required.

Experience:
  • 2-3 Years of experience, preferably involving inventory operations.

Pay: $25 - $28/hr
