The GSE Account Executive (Ground Support Equipment - Aviation) plays a key role in driving revenue growth by developing and executing strategic sales plans. This position is ideal for a motivated and goal-oriented sales professional with a passion for building strong relationships and closing deals. You'll focus on expanding market presence and delivering value in the dynamic aviation sector, contributing directly to the company's success.
Responsibilities:
  • Develops and increases sales revenue to meet assigned targets. 
  • Generating new accounts and business. 
  • Acts as a resource to resellers in contract opportunities and proposals. 
  • Responsible for contract negotiations, closing the sale and developing sales plans for contract accounts. 
  • Keeps informed of new products, services and other general information of interest to customers. 
  • Checks on competitive activity and develops new methods of attaining new accounts. 
  • Answers customer inquiries and handles complaints. 
  • Implements the recommendations of the strategic marketing plan. 
  • Performs market research and analysis. 
  • Monitors external and internal environment for development of new market segments. 
  • Assists in or produces feasibility studies/business plans for new product development. 
  • Manages specific corporate programs. 
  • Assists in developing an ongoing guest-relations program. 
  • Demonstrates knowledge of and supports mission, vision, value statements, standards, policies and procedures, operating instructions, confidentiality standards, and the code of ethical behavior. 
  • Assists in planning of any event that highlights corporate services. 
  • Assists in developing an evaluation process to gain feedback from customers. 
  • Performs other job-related duties and responsibilities as may be assigned from time to time. 

Experience: 
  • Industry experience required. Open to GSE or battery charger sales experience.
 
Travel Requirements: 
  • 75% global travel
 
Pay: $80,000 - $120,000 plus commission
