We are seeking an experienced Integrated Program Manager to oversee and drive alignment between two closely connected organizations. This pivotal role ensures seamless integration across Sales, Engineering, Service, Warranty, Operations, and Production—delivering organizational cohesion, execution discipline, and measurable business results. This position requires up to 50% travel to coordinate efforts across multiple facilities and business units.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Integration Leadership: Champion cross-company collaboration and alignment, ensuring consistent execution across all departments.
  • KPI Ownership: Establish, track, and report key performance indicators to measure integration success and operational performance.
  • Cross-Functional Coordination: Facilitate strong communication and accountability across sales, engineering, operations, and service functions.
  • Execution Oversight: Lead structured implementation of initiatives ensuring timelines, budgets, and objectives are achieved.
  • Process Alignment: Identify gaps and harmonize processes, workflows, and reporting across both organizations.
  • Change Management: Drive adoption of new systems, practices, and behaviors necessary for seamless integration.
  • Executive Reporting: Provide regular updates, metrics, and recommendations to executive leadership on progress and outcomes.

 

Experience You Will Bring:

  • 5–10 years of program or project management experience within a manufacturing or technical environment.
  • Proven success managing cross-functional initiatives and delivering measurable business outcomes.
  • Strong understanding of sales forecasting, production planning, engineering release cycles, and field service/warranty processes.
  • High emotional intelligence (EQ) and the ability to build trust and alignment across diverse leadership teams.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience working across multiple companies or entities with shared objectives.
  • Familiarity with TPM (Total Productive Management) or similar structured execution frameworks emphasizing measurable KPIs and cross-functional cadence.

Pay: $110,000-$150,000
