Purpose and Scope:
The Sales Coordinator is responsible for facilitating and supporting all sales activity and are responsible for generating, monitoring and reporting on all assigned purchase orders.
Responsibilities:
- Create sales orders, issue purchase orders, create packing slips, maintain customer files, and issue invoices in a timely manner with both our dealer channel and direct customers.
- Assist sales team in creating proposals
- Prepare annual, monthly, or weekly sales analysis
- Track orders, schedule product delivery, inventory management, and additional administrative functions as needed.
- Communicate effectively with vendors to ensure orders are processed in a timely manner. Follow through is essential.
- Resolve complex inquiries.
- Reconcile vendor invoices.
- Work in a team environment corresponding with Management, Sales, Finance, Parts, Warehouse, and Service Department to coordinate all sales transactions.
Skills / Other:

- Working knowledge of ERP Systems.

- Excellent Communication Skills.
Pay: $25-$30 hour
